The five activities currently available in YUVA are: Punch, Stamp, Patch, Doodle and Draw. You will notice they progressively offer more control to the Artist. Inversely, the simplicity of Punch and Stamp can be very challenging. Briefly here's more about each activity.
PUNCH We were inspired by Mexican paper filigree decorations when we created this activity. When you Punch, the selected shapes are cut out of the canvas to reveal the background. It's like designing your own personal stencil.
STAMP Do you like making stamps out of sponge or potatoes? This activity is like that – select shapes and stamp them on the canvas to create drawings. The best part is that there are so many shapes and colors to choose from while making your pictures.
PATCH Over a thousand years ago, mosaics were raised to high art and richly detailed scenes were created using just one shape. This inspired us to create Patch – Try using a single shape like in a mosaic and discover its many possibilities! See what patterns emerge.
DOODLE Start with a single shape and doodle around it to make your drawing! Ask yourself - Is it a plane? Is it a bird? Transform a long tall rectangle into a skyscraper or a tree trunk... or turn the rectangle sideways and make a train or a bus.
DRAW This is the big one, bringing all other activities together! Stamp shapes to create characters, objects and scenes, and then doodle around them to animate your sketch. The possibilities are limitless.

You can drag, enlarge or reduce, rotate, flip, skew, and change colors of shapes as you draw.
In all activities add detail to your drawings by adding fun shapes from the graffiti swatch at any time! And if all of this wasn’t enough, be adventurous and make a drawing using more than one shape swatch – you’ll have to try YUVA to see for yourself!
